Our hearts are hungry for
The power of the Lord
To be displayed in all the Earth
I so badly want to see the power of the Lord displayed in the earth through Ian’s healing. It seems to me that it would bring God much glory for Ian to get out of his bed and walk and talk and sing. But for reasons that I won’t ever understand on this earth, God deems it better that he lie where he is now. But I want to keep praying for his complete healing and I am glad that the Lord has given me a hunger to see him healed. Otherwise, it would mean that I had given up.
Thank you, always, for praying.

There are times when I look at Ian in church, and I’m in awe of the fact that a little over a year ago the only sign of hope we had was his heart rate. God has brought him so far since then.
I believe that God has been healing Ian all along. Sometimes it feels like God only drops in every now and then and heals Ian a little bit more, but it’s not like that. It’s a day in, day out, second by second process. God never leaves him.
And even though it’s not the process I want or understand, it is a process that glorifies Him.
Ian, thank you for not giving up. Thank you for declaring the faithfulness of God by using the faith and the strength that He has given you for each day. It is glorious.

NEVER give up – God’s timing is not ours. Keep the faith, as you have been. God will have the last word and it will be good.
