I am a friend of Renee Martin. Ian, in reading your story I am reminded that those “in Christ” are now His Holy Temple. You are the dwelling place of the Most High God. Your desire to use the the very Word of God to refocus your mind and voice humbles as well as challanges me to let His very life and light SHINE through me as He is shining through you!! Thank you for being a vessel where His Glory is proclaimed! Praying for you! a fellow “cracked pot” for Jesus jan h
This is wonderful! God is gracious and has worked beyond measure! I know that these past years have been difficult, but keep pressing on. Your reward will be worth it all. May the Almighty continue to bless you!
Rejoicing with you, and bringing you before the throne. Praising God for the perseverance you show, praying for strength to keep fighting the temptation to stop trusting. Thanking Him for his work in you. Jo
Ian it is so wonderful to see you interacting and using your voice in prayer to our Lord! May the Lord bless you daily and heal you so that you may speak loud and clearly to the world of His Goodness! Wendy, NC
WOW! Ian, you are doing such a great job memorizing Scripture!!! Thank you for the post and for showing us the results of your hard work. I viewed your post this morning at work. The work day is almost over, so now I have a chance to print Psalm 103 and follow along with you and Larissa. I have to print it and follow along because, unlike YOU, I haven’t committed it to memory! Keep working hard, Ian. We are excited and thankful to God for all of your progress. Thank You, Lord, for continuing to heal Ian. We happily anticipate seeing what else You will be doing in Ian’s life.
Still Praying!
Mary Ann K.
P.S. Thanks for talking with me on Sunday, Ian. I’m sorry that I get a little tongue-tied and stutter when I talk face-to-face. That’s why I’m a “blog-hog”…easier for me to type!
I was overcome with tears of joy this morning as I watched this video of Ian and what the LORD is doing in his life. I too, had to print out Psalm 103 because I don’t have it memorized and I wanted to follow along. Thank you for sharing this. I am more certain than ever that GOD is going to restore Ian to wholeness soon. I am the Mother of Rose, who had a class with Ian at IUP.
Ian, it is so wonderful to hear you speak in answer to prayer. It is obvious that God is working a miracle in your life and the lives of those around you. I will continue to pray that your faith and perseverance will not fail. God Bless you.
Thank you Jesus! You are good, you are good, YOU ARE GOOD! We rejoice in your faithfulness to Ian & his family. Thank you for another evidence of your unending grace!
Great is His Faithfulness!!!!!! What an awesome post!!!!! Words are hard to express with the tears of joy flowing from my eyes and as always all glory and honor to Him!!!
Utterly incredible! Thanks be to God. And good job Ian, continuing to work so hard. God will give you the strength to keep working. This just brings tears to my eyes.
WOW!!! This is amazing! I am so happy for Ian and all who love him to see this progress! It is truly amazing, He has come so far since we saw him at the screening. Sending our love and well wishes to all from us at Haverstick Films and the movie HOME!
I receive encouragement from the Lord every time I watch this video. Thanks, Ian, for pressing on and thus encouraging each of us to do the same, with whatever our Lord sees fit to walk us through, be it difficult or easy. Wendy in Maryland
Oh my goodness. Ian, this is so incredible. I can’t imagine how hard this must be for you and I so admire your determination. We all love to hear your voice and, really, hang on every word. Thank you, so much, Ian and Larissa for sharing this with us. I can’t wait to see what is up ahead. You’re both, by God’s great mercy and grace, amazing to me. This is a tremendous encouragement for all of us.
That is the most beautiful version I have ever or will ever hear. Thank you for sharing God’s goodness and His power through Ian with us. Love in Christ, The Van Wierens
