old room

to help with our writing, this weekend we took a trip to one of Ian’s old hospitals. we were even able to go into his old room, since no patients were living in it.

grateful to leave it and see Ian sleeping at home.

that was very powerful, just those simple fotos, with your comments…it must have stirred your emotions to be in there again..thanks for sharing. Yall don't know me, but I pray for yall and I really hope that in the midst of writing and recalling, Yall get to really enjoy this Christmas, and have fun, and laugh, and feel Merry, because of Christ and His glory . I know everyday life can be hard and you are writing some painful stuff. God Bless you both!

  5. Hi long-time reader, 1st time post-er here:) Thought to share these words from Sara Groves "Fly". Blessed to have you as a brother & sister in Christ & fellow over-comers, Rachel

    Speak in a summer tone
    Pause in the after glow
    Tenderly whisper my name
Tell me once again why I am your bride
    So I can fly
    So I can fly

    Pause in your busy day
    Look extra long my way
Wink at me across the room
    Kiss me longer
Touch my arm when I am by your side
    So I can fly
    So I can fly

    Oh how the little things
    Strengthen my tiny wings
Help me to take on the world
When you love me there's nothing I wouldn't try
    I might even fly
    I might even fly
    I might even fly

  6. …so glad we serve a BIG GOD Ian & Larissa, Love you both in Christ!~Leslie Dawn
